I'm just going to start off by saying Keltie has shown amazing amounts of bravery and who could possibly blame her for having a hard time getting over Ryan and for worrying about him, even after they broke up?
Both of them currently are following each other on Twitter, roughly 8 months after their break-up (in which Keltie found out Ryan was cheating on her...on February 14th she threw her promise ring at him. Ouch).
